Reporting Procedures

ATMS Reporting Procedures and Awards

Reporting takes many forms: telephone calls, notes sent home, or informal conversations at the school. As outlined by the Ministry of Education, there are three formal written report cards during the school year.

Approximate dates for issuing these reports are: late November; mid March;
and the end of June.

In addition, interim reports will be sent out during first term and at other times, during the year, at the discretion of individual teachers.

Report cards are sent home to inform parents and students of the level of achievement for the term. Reports also contain letter grades according to the Ministry guidelines.

Parents may request interviews with teachers during our parent - teacher conferences in November or at any time they have a concern or question. Please call the office to speak directly to the teacher to set up an appointment time.
